"I want to know where I can apply to become the president of the Jenny Hayes fan club. I choose Jenny from my Church Bulletin. She came to my home which I was deciding whether or not to sell. The first thing that I noticed was that she had no sales pitch with her. (Yea) Jenny listened to my reasoning and gave me several opinions on the the ways to proceed and allowed me time to think them through and make my own DECISIONS! (Double Yea) When we talked about what listing price to put on the property, Jenny gave me her input and time (days) to mull over the different options and the pros and cons of each one. We finally agreed (finally means days) on the listing price and listed the house on a friday (Jenny told me friday was the best day of the week to list a house). The first family to see the house make an offer, which I countered with a SMALL reduction in my Listing Price. This was accepted. (Triple Yea) Now for the fun part. Part of my problems was the fact I needed a FAST settlement date. Jenny somehow, and I will never know or ask how it happened, the entire deal was settled within thirty (30) days. Jenny contacted me about ten times during those thirty days with updates and assurances that she was overseeing every aspect of the settlement. No need to say that the settlement went smoothly. Jenny even called me to make sure that my out of state settlement on my new went well. If this sounds like a love letter to a Fantastic Lady, Jenny Hayes, whom I had never met prior to this house sale and will probably never meet again, it is intended to be!”"
